Hey, did you know it’s half way to St. Patty’s day? Thursday we are bringing back a Stone Jug favorite! The SJB Reuben piled high with smoked corned beef, Swiss cheese, sweet bacon sauerkraut and SJB 1000 Island dressing on grilled rye bread. This will be served with a side of your choice. Continuing with the Irish theme, Joe has created an Irish Bacon and Red Cabbage stew served with cornbread! Smoked bacon, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and a hint of sweetness from the red cabbage along with a hint of tang from the malt vinegar in a rich beef/chicken broth! As always served with a piece of cornbread!
The drink special is a Watermelon Margarita!
Don’t forget to grab a Pumpkin Oatmeal Bar for dessert.

This week starting Thursday the 12th we will offer a Blackened Faroe Island Salmon or Blackened Yellow fin Tuna. This dish will be served with skillet corn and red beans and rice. The Salmon dish is a customer favorite! We will also be serving creamy New England Clam Chowder with our Cornbread.
Come try our Rhubarb Mint Spritzer from the bar . It is so refreshing and good. It starts with vodka, freshly made rhubarb juice and mint simple syrup. You will be pleasantly surprised how good this is!
Leave room for dessert! Homemade German Chocolate Cake with a Milk Chocolate Frosting.

This week we are preparing the SJB Que-Bano! The original Cuban sandwich originated from the South. Our version of this sandwich has smoked pork loin, smoked pit ham, melted Swiss cheese, pickles, and IPA beer mustard on a buttered and toasted hoagie and served with a side of your choice. It is another great special!
The soup is a Minestrone loaded with vegetables, smoked hot links and noodles in a tomato beef broth topped with feta cheese and served with cornbread. This would be a great side option to go along with the special sandwich!
Our special drink is a Mango Key lime Mojito! Made with rum, fresh mint, fresh mango key lime puree all muddled together. Yumm!
This week for desserts Anna made Pecan Pie Brownie's and Carrot Cake Bread Pudding with a caramel sauce.
