Who loves a good Quesadilla? Well, if you do then I think you should give Stone Jug's a try! We start off the SJB Quesadilla with a large flour tortilla, your choice of smoked chicken, pork, brisket or gulf shrimp, black beans, fire roasted corn, Monterey jack/cheddar cheese blend, sauteed onions and peppers and finish it off with Alabama white sauce and serve it with chips and homemade salsa.
Come try our Southwestern Potato soup made in a chicken and tomato broth with potatoes, chipotle peppers, jalapenos and tomatoes served with cornbread. It definitely has a kick!
Our Mexican Mule will be the perfect drink to go with any of these specials. It's made with tequila, ginger beer and fresh squeezed lime juice.
Save room for dessert because we made Caramel Cake with a Coffee Frosting and Banana Bourbon Bread Pudding with a Bourbon Caramel Glaze. We love coming up with new specials every week but sometimes the specials are so good that we duplicate them every now and then. This is one of those that keeps coming back!

Stone Jug Barbeque

This week we are preparing the SJB Que-Bano! The original Cuban originated from the South becoming one of the most popular sandwiches to order. Our version of this sandwich has sliced smoked pork loin, smoked pit ham, melted Swiss cheese, pickles, and our IPA beer mustard on a buttered and pressed hoagie and served with a side of your choice. This is a favorite here!
Our soup is a Shrimp Stuffed Pepper. Start with a tomato base and is loaded with peppers, onions, blackened and seared Gulf shrimp and Arborio rice. This will be served with cornbread.
Try this weeks featured cocktail! It's a Grapefruit Mojito made with fresh mint, grapefruit, lime,simple syrup, rum and club soda. It is so refreshing!
Our homemade desserts are Key Lime Cake with a White Chocolate Frosting and Cherry Cheesecake Brownie Bread Pudding. Vanilla bread pudding with a brownie cheesecake layer and then topped with a cherry glaze.

Thursday, July 16th, we are bringing you SJB Salmon Tacos for our special! The Salmon Tacos starts with seared salmon, topped with a citrus salsa (grapefruit, mandarin oranges, cilantro, lime, jalapenos, red pepper and seasonings) and thinly sliced radishes on two flour tortillas. Served with Spanish rice and black beans. This is a must try!

The soup is Beer Cheese made with local IPA Devil's Paint Box beer from Tangled Roots. Served with cornbread.

Come try our featured cocktail this week. It's a Citrus Basil Paloma made with tequila, basil, lemon juice, lime juice and simple syrup.

We added a couple different sides to the menu. Twice Baked Potato Salad or Oven Roasted Potatoes.

Dessert this week is a Strawberry and Cream bar made with a shortbread crust, strawberry and cream filling with a crumb topping. We also have Red Velvet Bread Pudding topped with a cream cheese glaze. May we suggest ordering both because it is going to be too hard to decide!
