Starting Thursday we created a new special called the SJB Reuben Burger! This sandwich starts with a 1/3 pound Angus smoked and seared burger, smoked corned beef, aged Swiss cheese, sweet bacon sauerkraut and finished with homemade SJB 1,000 Island dressing on a grilled bun. This burger is served with a side of your choice.
Enjoy a bowl of Irish Stew. Rich hearty broth, potatoes, cabbage, carrots, celery, onions, bacon, brisket and hotlinks served with a piece of cornbread.
Try our homemade desserts this week! We made an Apple Cobbler Bar topped with cream cheese icing and a Pecan Bread Pudding with a Brandy caramel sauce.

This weeks special starting Thursday will be our version of a Stuffed Pepper. The SJB Un-Stuffed Pepper starts with a bed of dirty rice made with Applewood smoked bacon, hot links, peppers, onions, and seasonings, your choice of smoked pulled chicken, pulled pork, chopped brisket or Gulf shrimp, then topped with cheddar/jack cheese, sweet chili glaze and garnished with cilantro.
Enjoy a bowl of Turkey Vegetable soup served with crackers and cornbread.
Dessert is always a must! Try our Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding with a cream cheese glaze finished with cinnamon crunch topping.

Enjoy a bowl of Creamy Potato Pork Belly soup served with cornbread.

Kicking the week off by bringing back the SJB Brisket Chili served with cheese, onions and sour cream on the side along with a piece of cornbread.

Our desserts will be a Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie Bar or Classic Bread Pudding with a Bourbon Glaze.

We are excited to announce that we are bringing back the SJB Turkey Melt this week! Starting Thursday, this sandwich will start with smoked turkey breast sliced, house-made candied bacon, sharp cheddar cheese with a raspberry habanero jam toasted on sour dough. This will be served with a side of your choice.
Our soup is Southwest Chicken Tortilla topped with tortilla chips and cilantro. This will be served with a piece of cornbread. Add a cup to enjoy with your sandwich! We think it's the perfect combination...

Starting tomorrow on Thursday we are bringing back SJB Pork Belly Tacos! Pork Belly is a boneless cut of fatty meat from the belly of the pig that is uncured, un-smoked and un-sliced. It's considered to be a delicacy in many parts of the world. When you sear the pork belly the edges get crispy, the meat gets very tender and the fat melts in your mouth! This week you will get 2 pork belly tacos loaded with in-house smoked and seasoned pork belly, cilantro-lime slaw and mango habanero tequila salsa. This will be served with chips and homemade salsa.
Enjoy a bowl of Stuffed Pepper Soup served with cornbread.
Our drink of the week is a Raspberry-Lime Mule or Margarita!
Try a Cherry Cobbler Bar drizzled with a Cream Cheese Icing or our Classic Bread Pudding with a Peach Bourbon Glaze.
