Each week here at Stone Jug we create a special entree, soup, dessert bar and a new variation of bread pudding. This Valentine's Day special we are bringing back the SJB Poutine! We start off with perfectly seasoned oven roasted potatoes, our homemade gravy, choice of smoked meat (brisket, pork or chicken), cheddar jack cheese blend and garnished with green onions and our secret dry rub! Share as a side or have as an entire meal!
Our soup is Beef Brisket Barley loaded with veggies, cubes of beef brisket, and barley in a rich beef broth served with cornbread.
Our drink special is a Pomegranate Ginger Paloma!
We are still featuring the Blood Orange Margarita from last week too!
Dessert this week is Red Wine chocolate cake made with local August Hill, Berlyn along with a chocolate ganache frosting and topped with a Raspberry wine sauce.
Our Bead Pudding is White Chocolate swirled throughout and then topped with a Strawberry sauce!
