Peach Chipotle Glazed Smoked Pork Chop
June 20-23, 2019
This week we have prepared a bone-in pork chop that has been smoked and glazed with a peach chipotle glaze. The Peach Chipotle Smoked Pork Chop will be served with wild rice, sauteed vegetable medley of yellow and green zucchini and sun dried tomatoes and garnished with balsamic glazed button mushrooms.
We are bringing back the Gumbo this week with your choice of smoked chicken or smoked Gulf shrimp. Served with cornbread.
The Vodka Lemon Shake-ups were so good that we have decided to add a Pineapple Lemon Shake-up this week too! Come try one!
Our dessert is a S'mores Brownie Bar. Cookie crust, thin layer of chocolate fudge filling, homemade brownie, and finished with a dollop of toasted homemade marshmallow.
