The SJB Quesadilla starts with a large flour tortilla, your choice of smoked chicken, pork, brisket or gulf shrimp, black beans, fire roasted corn, Monterey jack/cheddar cheese blend, sauteed onions and peppers and finish it off with Alabama white sauce and serve it with chips and homemade salsa.
Come try our Southwestern Potato soup made in a chicken and tomato broth with potatoes, chipotle peppers, jalapenos and tomatoes served with cornbread. It definitely has a kick!
Our Mexican Mule will be the perfect drink to go with any of these specials. It's made with tequila, ginger beer and fresh squeezed lime juice.
Save room for dessert because we made Caramel Cake with a Coffee Frosting and Banana Bourbon Bread Pudding with a Bourbon Caramel Glaze.
