Each week here at Stone Jug we create a special entree, soup, dessert bar and a new variation of bread pudding. This week starting Thursday, July 2nd, we are offering Seafood Nachos! These Nachos start with a seafood mixture of lump crab meat, sea scallops and smoked and seared gulf shrimp, queso blanco, fire roasted tomatoes, green chiles and finished with fresh cilantro.
The soup is Pork Tortilla soup. Homemade chicken stock, cubes of smoked and seared pork loin, onions, fire roasted tomatoes and green chiles topped with tortilla chips and cilantro. This will be served with cornbread.
Our featured cocktail this week is a Peach White Sangria.
Our dessert is Peanut Butter Fudge Cake and White Chocolate Bread Pudding with a raspberry, blueberry and white chocolate glaze.
