SJB Stuffed Pepper

The SJB Stuffed Pepper starts off with our homemade dirty rice loaded with smoked polish sausage, smoked pork belly and applewood smoked bacon. Then we toss it with shredded jack/cheddar cheese, along with your choice of perfectly smoked meat (pork, brisket or chicken), and caramelized onions and peppers then finish it off with a sweet chili glaze.
Our soup is a Smoked Pork Belly Bean soup garnished with pork belly burnt ends along with a piece of cornbread.
